My boyfriend has has a sist on is underarm which has become infected we have been putting a atibitic cream on it, and it did taking some of infection down but now it is very tender to the touch he feels like he has a fever, it hurts to move it an the pian is going t his shoulder,should we go to er or can e wait till tomorrow be seen

Please go to the ER. This could be a very serious infection called MRSA and should be treated immediately.

By the way, it's cyst, not sist.
