Have you removed the aerator at the end of the spout? If not, remove the aerator and clean it of sediment. While the aerator is out, run hot and cold water and check the pressure/volume now. How is it? If pressure/volume is significantly improved once the aerator is removed you can clean and reinstall the aerator and if that doesn't fix the issue you can just replace the aerator with a new aerator (bring old aerator to store with you and match up exact).
If you have already removed the aerator or there is no improvement when you do remove the aerator then the problem will be inside the valve body at the cartridge assembly (remove/clean/clear or replace the cartridge).
Good luck!
