I am currently on lutera birth control pills . I am on vacation with my boyfriend and had unprotected sex and he came on me (still on pill) then I ended up missing 3 pills for 3 days ! Thoughs 3 days we had unprotected sex and he came in me all 3 times each day then the third day I wake up and get a period some time later in the evening . Could I be pregnant or am I over thinking ? Please help .

Could you be pregnant, yes, but no way to tell. Most likely no. period is because you missed three days of pills. But the pill is less and less effective the more pills you miss. It is never 100 percent effective

Until you get back on a regular schedule with your pills it would be good to have a secondary form of birth control as well. Condoms for example. Just in case you missed enough to ovulate.
