What organizations are authorized to receive funds from a 501(C)3??

Varies. We are a 501C and use donated funds to buy food for our food bank. We pay no salaries or benefits. We spend about $300 per week, donated through our church, buying food through the Atlanta Food Bank. We also spend money with for profit businesses, e.g. 3 new refrigerators. Not sure where your question is going.
