    Healthy diet for pregnancy
Hi, I am newly pregnant, what types of tests can I do at home? I am thirsty most of the time. Is that high glucose level? What type of diet should I have during pregnangy? I am lazy and always tired and sleepy, I am psychichly not happy since my marriage (unwanted marriage) help me to take all necessary actions and investigations to guarantee a healthy and intelligent kid. I know now the nerves are being created. Can you tell me at least what to eat and drink during the first three months? I am already in the second month now and was not healthy eating nor sleeping. Please help me.

A second thing I want to say is that I am still virgin though I am pregnant, does that make any problem for my investigations? I heard that I should have a sonore through the vagina in the first month, do I have to remove it? It is painful to be removed, shall I be operated to remove it? I heard also that it will be removed on the delivery date if the delivery is normal, not caesarian. Can you answer my questions please? Thank you so much

Your post is very confusing. If you are pregnant, you most likely are not a virgin.

A healthy diet would include dairy, vegetables, fruits and proteins. It is imperative that you take a prenatal vitamin that includes 400mcg of folic acid.

Do you mean sonogram, or transvaginal ultrasound?
