    Washing machine emptying too fast & flooding kitchen. All pipes thoroughly cleaned etc, by Dynarod.

    Sounds like all pipes not thoroughly cleaned. How far did they go?
    Are you draining into a stand pipe or the sink, and if the sink, is there a disposer?
    Are there any pipes running horizontally that aren't sloping down 1" in 4'?

    How tall is the standpipe coming out of the PTRAP and is the drain properly vented?
