I'm aware the only way to know for sure is to test/ see a doc. Just thought I would ask. I'm twenty years old. Good health. I'm on cycle day 37 with my period nowhere in site. My last period started on 2/14/2014 and I'm almost certain I ovulated on 3/3/2014. (opks) sex on 2/27, 3/1, 3/2. I think my period should have started on 3/16/2014 and it didn't. My previous cycle was 31 days. The one before that 30 days. And the two before that 35 days. I haven't had any symptoms really. I've had to pee like every hour, when usually for me its like every three hours, that's the only consistent change I've noticed. And increased hunger. So.. what do you think? Thoughts..

It's possible. Pregnancy is possible any time you have sex. Unless you track ovulation using basal temperature for 6-12 months, there's no way to know for sure when you ovulated. Ovulation can occur any time during your cycle. Many women have gotten pregnant while on their period.

Do you use any form of birth control? If not, there's an even higher chance of pregnancy.

Wait until your period is at least 2 weeks late, then test using first morning urine. If that test is negative, wait for your next period. If you miss it, test again or get a blood test done.
