Had my early scan to check that the egg hadn't implanted in my tube.
The lady scanning me said she could clearly see the gestational sac in my uterus. The scan picture I got you can see the black circle is the sac but underneath it says "? Gest sac". What does that mean? Does that mean she didn't see the sac? I'm slightly confused by the question mark on the picture if she saw the sac. Any ideas?

It means gestational sac or where the egg is residing and at five weeks is no bigger then a pea, so nothing much to see. You are pregnant, so best to start being pro-active about your pregnancy and start asking questions at the right time if you are confused about what is being explained to you.

It won't be long before your ultrasound will show your baby !
