I'm about 2 weeks late on my period. I have taken 4 test, all negative. I have a 10 month old, so I know pregnancy symptoms and I don't have any. But I don't see why my period would be so late if I'm not pregnant. My period always comes on time.

Sometimes cycles are just off... could be for a variety of reasons. See what happens when you would expect the next period. If it still doesn't show, check with your doctor. They would likely do a pregnancy test as well, but may want to check for any possible hormonal reasons that can cause a lack of periods.

Stress of a 10 month old, other problems, other stress, illness. It is very common to have off periods, or even miss one now and then.

Of course at less than two week late, there are no pregnancy signs that all women have, many have none at all at two week late.

No two pregnancy are the same, so can not really compare.
It is also too early to really test, before you are two week late. At two week late, make sure you use first urine of the morning when you wake up
