My ex and I dated for about a year and he had got accepted to a college prep while I didn't get my letter yet so I told him I was going to a regular high school. He said he was going to attend the college prep. We didn't talk much because I was traveling in Australia. Then freshman year came along and I got into the college prep FOR HIM. And he was at the regular high school for me. A couple years pass and it's junior year now and we talk. But he always holds me for so long. So tight. When he hugs me. When ever we talk he always keeps eye contact with me and touches me a lot but not a sexual touch lol like an arm or shoulder but today he had told me he would talk to me later and gently grazed my chin. What is this? I'm so confused. I really like him. Like I never got over him! Do you think he likes me?

He's young.. he would do that with any breathing female if he thought he'd have a chance to get them in bed. Just being honest... thats what is on EVERY guys mind 99% of the time before their mid 20's. You are still in high school... odds are going to drift apart when you both go through a LOT of maturng in the next few years. Interests and likes will change for both of you... the odds that they change in the same direction for both of you is exceptionaly remote.

There is no way we can know if he likes you. You are the one who talks to him. All of the touching is because you let him. You allow a boy to touch you so much without and explanation of intent, he feels like he can and it may not mean anything. What do you talk about when you do talk?

He always says how he missed me and brings up memories we share of when we dated

Only he knows how he feels about you. Eye contact, touching, talking to each other, is not going to indicate how he feels. Hopefully you'll know more when you two talk.

Without a crystal ball, or psychic abilities, there's really no way we can tell you what he's feeling about you.

Like you said before you are not over him and grab every comment as hope that he has the same feelings as you do. I think he is just reminiscing down memory lane as a friendly gesture, while you are in what if world to be blunt. But that's normal for exes that meet up later. Old feelings are easily stirred by especially if they are still there.

Of course he still likes you, and the pleasant memories and times you shared. Just probably not to the extent that you do. Its normal to wonder, especially the young, but until you get more don't get carried away by flights of fancy and true love as you keep moving on with your life. Nothing wrong with enjoying the moments but keep it real. Like is NOT forever love, and I wouldn't change plans for him at this point.
