Started with diarrhea yesterday then vomiting, cold sweats, fever. Today no vomiting but diarrhea is black. Haven't eaten due to vomiting. What should I do?

Seriously... Black stool could indicate blood in the stool. Something that should not happen. Simple tests would prove or disprove it.
