    Urological tests
I'm a 58 year old male with ED who will undergo a vasoactive injection followed by a dynamic infusion caverosometry, cavernosograph and, arteriography next week. Later I will have a penile biothesiometry test also. I don't know my Urologist very well and was too embarrassed to ask her questions. Will she administer the shot and the test? Could these test cause an involluntary orgasm? Would it be impolite to ask the Doctor this question? I'm thankful that you are here to ask

Sadly there are no doctors on this site. Your doctor has seen it all. No question you ask her should be embarrassing. If you have questions, no matter how silly they may sound to you, you need to ask them. The more you know the safer you'll feel, and doctors are used to question far sillier than yours.

You have to be proactive in your health. It's your body, and you have a right to know what's being done to it. Make an appointment with your doctor. Before you go, write a list of questions you have so you won't forget anything. Never be afraid to ask. It's far scarier to wonder.

What if it did cause an orgasm? She knows about those too. And maybe that would be useful information for her and help her with the procedure and make it more successful. That is the last thing I would be worrying about if I was having all that done. Good luck.
