If you are on a union job and one person is getting per dium shouldn't ever out of town workers receive it to?

WHat does your Labor Contract say... because that is what both you and the employer or bound to abide by.

Is the other worker in the same union that you are in? Certainly, different crafts (operators vs laborers, etc) will have different requirements. Do you have a steward?
