    Landlord Issue
Hey guy's, I just had my landlord replace my toilet with the smallest one they could find. When using it, it is hard to squeeze my male parts into the seat. I am 6' 225 lbs.

I asked them to replace it with a elongated toilet and they refused. They said the toilet passed the housing code and if I wanted a bigger toilet, I would have to hire a licensed plumber myself and pay the cost of a new toilet as well.

Is there anything I can do legally?

No, nothing you can say or do, other than buy and pay for what you want....you are only renting the place.....toilets come in two sizes....both are legal. And incidently...this one is not that small. I'm a larger than average sized guy....and I have no problems with these which I have in the house I own (which I installed during the remodling) because the other type would interfere with the bathroom door when it opens.

Get anew toilet seat. Costs less than $30.

There are only 2 basic types of toilets, round and elongated. Yours is a round one.

Just got a new seat. It offers 1 1/2 more room for my crown jewels.
    Problem solved...
    Thanks

You can put the other type toilet seat on. May look a little silly but should work and give you more room.

And a toilet if you have any knowledge is easy to change out, if you so desire to buy your own.
