Any woman who has sex can get pregnant.
Yes she can take the 72 hour pill.

As joypulv said, she can take Unwanted 72. She may want to consult her doctor first if she has any concerns with using hormonal forms of birth control. She can expect that she may have some bleeding within a few days after, may feel ill for a short time, and her next period may be off a bit.

It is important to remember that this is not meant to be used as regular birth control, so do be sure to use some type of contraception each time you have sex if you want to make an unplanned pregnancy less likely to happen.

Even if you did not "finish" in her she can still get pregnant. So yes she can be pregnant since you had sex. The 72 or morning after pill is not for use after every sex act. If you do not want pregnancy you need to get and use regular birth control.

But yes, the pill. It may have some side effects, missed period and others.\\

No form of birth control is 100 percent, even the morning after pill is not 100 percent
