I have a Kohler faucet that is leaking. In order to remove the handle I have to remove the button plug. It is virtually flush with the top of the handle and is very firmly set. Any suggestions on how to remove the button plug?

I put on safety goggles and I use the edge of a utility knife blade...;) Be careful and slowly pry all around the button...should pop out!
