Harley Davidson, no power when I give it gas.
I have a 2008 Electraglide Ultra EFI the bike starts and idle's but there is no power when I give it fuel. (Low RPM) like it's not getting any fuel. What would cause this?

Have you checked the throttle cables and linkages?

Has it been sitting? I had a Kawasaki that sat over the winter and did the same thing. Carbs were gummed up.

It's EFI so it could be your micro-processor chip do you know where to locate it and how to test it? How much experience do you have with DIY repairs, you may want to consider taking it in to be worked on by someone with the proper testing equipment.

One other thing I can think of off the top of my head is water in your fuel filter can cause those symptoms too, if the bike sits in the sun a lot with out a cover the fuel tank can build up condensation.
