I started having light to medium bleeding starting on Feb. 18th it lasted for 9 days. Now I'm having bad pains on the left side of my ovary. What could this mean?

Could be a lot of things, could be a ovarian cyst, cancer, appendix, PCOS, Hormonal issues, just to name a few. Go to your doctor and let him do the work up and figure out what's going on.
