Just got on probation and missed two report dates. I have bad record, but I just found out I have damaged kidneys and been at hospital and I am scared. Have kids who depend on me.

Sorry, you knew your report dates, do you did not show a lot of concern for the kids when you did the crime that got you on probation. You were not thinking of the kids when you missed your scheduled meetings.

You needed to have talked to probation about missing before you missed.

Most likely you will be revoked and put in jail, at least for a few week till a hearing.

If this was me, I would be sitting in PO office first think in the morning.

You better get in touch with your PO, and have documented proof of what you say, as a warrant for arrest probably has already been issued. Only YOU can clean up a bad record, by doing the right thing. Then you don't have to be scared your kids will not be taken care of.
