Low pressure out on this new faucet, older similare Moen had good pressure before the swap

Did you clean the aerators?

I know it feels like low pressure but it is actually low volume, a valve can't alter pressure. Tell us why you swapped out the old one, what was the issue. Are you certain you opened both supply valves fully? Try it without the areator.
