Got a Kenmore elite 665-13963k it's about a year old. Power is on because a blue message "sound is off" comes on once in a while. Nothing works, no buttons nothing. Already checked filters, and turned breakers to diswasher off for a minute hoping to reset. No luck there.

Can someone please help?

The door latch also has a safety switch on it. Bears checking
