Movie most likely made between 1975 and 1985. To the best of my recollection, there was a British woman who saved carefully every year for her vacation in France. Every year she took the same vacation--stayed at the same place, ate the same meals--all to stay within her budget. On this particular year, however, she's presented with food she didn't order, because the chef has taken a liking to her. Eventually he woos her with his food and they have a nice romance. Please help me identify this movie. I would have seen it at a second-run/foreign film theater in San Francisco in the mid 80s. Thanks!
