I am a 14 years old boy and my height is 166cm. Both my dad and my mom are 163cm tall. Is it possible for me to grow up to 180cm ?

Not impossible, but unlikely in this case, all a matter of genetics.

It is indeed possible. I am 6'1", my wife is 5'9" and we have 2 boys, one is 6'4" and the other 6'2". My son in law is 6'5" and neither of his parents are 6'. (Don't know about the mailman)

Unlikely. The range is usually about about 7cm give or take from your parents.
