I had two bank credit card cases and I went to jail for one month and now I came back and joined with a new company. I just I want to know can I apply for a new loan or card

If the jail time was for criminal activity regarding credit cards, I doubt you will ever be able to get another credit card.

The criminal history, and most likely credit issues from them, I would say, not a chance.

If the crimes had to do with credit card fraud of some sort, I would say, no for sure.

You MIGHT be able to get a secured card but will need the money in an account that the cardholder can access.
