I have the AQUASOURCE Model #: 2098500701 shower, I can't remove the handle, I removed the cap, the set screw and it does not come off, am I missing something? Please help

I could only find one picture and no specification sheet on this valve and by the looks of it, you are doing the right things! If the handle just will not budge I don't see any alternative but to contact LOWES home improvement store directly and talk with their tech. services department people. Since you have the model number they should be able to e-mail you the specification sheets on the valve...;)
