After the birth of my daughter I received the Deppo birth control shot then the Mirena a few months after. I had it for about six months and then it fell out. I hadn't had any periods on either of my birth controls so after it came out I figured I would have one but I didn't. I have been having unprotected sex frequently and am now having light bleeding, almost like a light period, for two days. I have to urinate a lot and am having fatigue as well as heartburn. Could I be pregnant or is this just a period?

IF you're on the depo shot and you're up to date with it than it is very unlikely that you're pregnant. How long ago did the IUD fall out? This could be a result of the IUD falling out, but I can't say for sure. We need more details.

It could be your period coming on, I would hesisitate in calling it a pregnancy without a positive test. As well I think it is a little too soon after you got rid of the IUD for you to become pregnant because you haven't had a period yet. The IUD was it just a IUD or did it have a hormonal component as well? Are you actively trying to get pregnant?
