    220 dryer hookup
    I have a Kenmore washer/dryer ( stacker ) it requires a [220] inlet source. How
Difficult is it to run two ( 2 ) 110 lines from an outside junction box to an adapter that is compatible with the 220 three ( 3 ) prong plug?

No, that is not how you get 220, you need to have a 220 breaker in your breaker ( or fuse box) and have the proper wire ran for the plug.

So if you don't have 220 ran to this location, you will need to run a line from the breaker box.
