Can I take him to court and get his rights taken from him?
I have two kids a boy and a girl they both have different fathers. When I take my daughter over her father mother house to visit he always bring his girlfriend over to start a fight in front of my child. I asked him to sign his rights over before something happen to both of my kids while he starting fights between me and his girlfriend. Can I take him to court and have them take his rights away for endangering her life and not paying child support.

Why are you staying ? You drop the children off and leave and there is no fight ?

And you are not going to get his rights taken away for you getting into a fight with his girl friend, ( think on who this actually looks worst for to a judge)

Also if he is not paying you have to take him back to court to make him pay, ( payment of child support is a part of the order, one part does not void out the other parts)

So I would say you leave the kids off and just go, don't fight with anyone.

And he has the right to bring his girlfriend with him for visiting, sorry.
