    Stop Lights on gmc truck
I have replaced bulbs, switch and fuses. Still no stop lights. What's my problem?

    Thanks, Bob

Have you tried to see if your wires for your stop lights have come loose.

    Several thoughts:
. Test all under-dash and under-hood fuses with a test light or multimeter. Here's how:

. Check brake light switch adjustment.
. Remove the bulb, have someone depress the brake pedal, and check for voltage in the brake light connector using a test light. If there's no power, check for an "open" in the circuit.

Don't know what year truck it is, but a friend of mine had similar problem on '98 gmc and turned out to be ground wire coming from back of taillight housing-to-frame.
