    Ignition problem?
99 honda prelude manual 94k miles. Went out one day and it wouldn't start. It will crank just not turn over. Changed the fuel filter, checked battery, and cleaned points on distributor cap and it started after a couple cranks. Same thing happened the next day so I changed the cap and rotor on distributor and now it still cranks but won't turn over. It does have fuel pressure up to the fuel rail and I can hear fuel pump turn on. Should I test ignition coil?? And how to do that with a multimeter?

Replacing the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil will solve the problem. Be sure to apply silicone heat transfer compound to the back of the new ICM. Old rotors and distributor caps often cause ICMs and coils to fail, as secondary resistance builds-up.
