How much "trouble breathing" if bad enough, call emergency help or take to an ER.

Hopefully you have been to the ER by now. Rarely do I refer people on here to the ER, but this is one case where it is advisable.

With all those conditions, you will have to adjust your lifestyle. No drug or treatment can totally take the place of weight control, healthy diet, gentle exercise like a senior group at a pool, staying away from any smokers, and putting your feet up a lot. Ask about support stockings and electric 'air' leggings that compress and go down while you sit with your legs up. Around the house, be sure to adjust moving around, sitting, and reclining as often as you can. If you sit at a desk a lot, be sure your feet are flat on the floor with your thighs not pressing against the chair, and don't sit too long.
