    Travel during PERM process
    Hi

    My company will be submitting my PERM labor certification in Fall of 2014 and I may have to travel to India in December. I have an approved I-797 and will need to get my H1B stamped while I am India.
    Can I travel out of USA during PERM labor process?

    Are there any issues with H1-B stamping during labor process?
