What could cause this herpes? Birth control?
I have only had unprotected sex with one person, found out he was cheating. I haven't had sex for 7 months but I started a new birth control and when I got my period this time I had a small cuts around my vagina and even had one small bump but It is so small I couldn't even feel it. I'm not for sure if my hormones are messed up from the because or if I could be having a first outbreak of herpes. It doesn't burn to touch down there or to pee like I have read was very common. I just am not for sure what it could be since the symptoms are so random and only slightly match with every condition I looked at. Someone please help me and tell me if you have had something like this before. I just don't know if it is hormone, yeast infection, or herpes? Please help

Small cuts are not from anything other than something that cuts. A small bump can be anything from a pimple to a cyst to a sign of 'something' to nothing at all. Basically we can't possibly answer your question. You do not get disease from birth control. Herpes can be hidden for long periods, so go get tested. You sound worried anyway, and you should. Sex with 'only one person, once' is still sex.

Do you shave that area by any chance ? And there are dozens of STD, herpes is only one. Best to be checked and tested.
