I was diganosed with endometriosis , I am 26 and hoped to start my family next year but have been advised to start asap , I had my period last week and this week I have a constant pain to my right side that shoots down my leg, Should I be worried?

That is probably something completely different and unrelated. That is more of a nerve issue in the spine than endometriosis. I would take some time to read up on the disease and treatments. Being literate on what is affecting you will be advantageous when you are treated. As well I would discuss with your doctor what you can expect and to see if this is in fact a symptom.
