MY 180 days on pending I-485 is getting over on March 6th 2014.
I have a pending job offer from a potential employer to start on March 10th 2014
I got my EAD approved in November 2013 and ever since then I haven't been out of country or haven't changed jobs so I am technically still on H1 and my EAD status has not been activated.


My Question is if I join the new employer as a part time on EAD starting March 10th and still continue to work with my GC sponsoring employer ( which is still on H1 I assume ) then will that be possible ?


How do I change my GC employer to make me use my EAD and cancel my pending H1 ? Is it necessary to do that.
