    L is probably 1 and the others are random match until you get the speeds for the pull. I will assume this is a 3 speed fan switch. We have no idea as to how the fan was originally wired. Trial and error.

    What is "the" switch?
    We have no idea what this is for so there is no way to tell what wires go where. Is this for a ceiling fan switch?
