With all the resources out there, do not be confused. Find yourself a copy of Gray's Anatomy and study it.

For example: taken from "Anatomy of the Human Body" by Henry Gray

    The Veins of the Neck
    The Diploic Veins
    The Veins of the Brain
The Sinuses of the Dura Mater. Ophthalmic Veins and Emissary Veins
    c. The Veins of the Upper Extremity and Thorax
    d. The Veins of the Lower Extremity, Abdomen, and Pelvis

My initial response to this question was 1. Because they're all joined up and they are all the same vessel.

I'm not sure that biologists would agree though. But I sure don't know where one vein ends and another begins :)

I think that's just my own messed up mind though :)
