Okay so I've been talking off in on to this girl for like 3 months and she says she likes me a lot but she needs to figure things out and how she explained it to me that she doesn't even know who she is and wants to be friends until she figures things out. So my question is am I wasting my time waiting and should I just move on?

Yes you are wasting your time by waiting for her to change her mind, or figure things out. She isn't into you that way.

I would say do not put all your trust eggs in one basket..
You can have her on the side. Let her relasize what she wants. She may come back to you.. but now whenever y'all have a conversation about it again, make it clear to her by the time she figures out you wouldn't be there waiting for her.;) that should help.

Simple it means she's not into you.. and that's a nice way of saying it.

I agree with the above answers. She doesn't want to offend you or to lose your friendship. Be her friend, and forget the romance. Remember there are many other fish in the sea!
