I saw this movie ages ago, it's about a fashion designer and his wife has a twin sister, they had a short dark hair. I can't remember the exact details but here was a mix up and he insisted that his wife's twin is his wife, I think it was because his wife was having an affair. There was this guy, I think he was the one in affair with the wife, who wore an earring that the designer made a replica of, that replica produced the sound of mosquito buzz and I think that this guy ended in a psych ward somewhere. Please help me find the name of this movie.
