My Son is 1yr 5 months old and he is having hearing problem..
We have met with the E.N.T specialist and he has recommended us to use Hearing Aids for my Son.we are using them from 3 months and now my son is getting the sounds and responding.
But he is not talking anything only making sounds... I need some help for me to make my son talk words.. I want some speech therapy centres in Riyadh KSA.. if any one there please

I'm not sure about your country, but speech therapy is offered in the school setting in the USA. We have young children come in after school at no charge. Please call your local schools to see if that is an option.

Have you asked his doctor for a referral to a place that can help you?

It may be too soon to expect such strides in his progress in speaking.

I have a family member that is deaf. If he does not communicate with words, it may not be an option for him. He may not hear on the audible to make out the words. I am unsure at what level your son can hear, but give him time. My deaf family member is completely deaf and he started making words when he was about five. He had a lot of assistance with speech therapy etc. In the end he is deaf and chooses to sign, but talks in voice too.
