Can I claim my brother as a dependent?
My brother is 18 years old and worked for 2 months and made around 2,200. His attending High School and was wondering if I can claim him as a Dependent I paid for his food, bus fair, school uniform, books, more then half of his support. I'm 20 years old by the way.

If you have provided more than half of his total support, then, yes, you can claim him as a dependent. The income HE has earned is not enough to preclude that.

I would add that if your brother lives with you and you pay more than half the cost of maintaining the home you may be able to file as Head of Household instead of single.
