This is question for your OB to be honest. He's treating you for low progesterone right not which will probably stabilize things, but that's hard to say. If your doctor isn't worried, then you shouldn't be, but you need to make sure you have good communication with her.

If it is just spotting I wouldn't worry too much about it. If it is a full out period then I would be concerned. It isn't unusual for some women to continue having pseudo periods through out the first few months of the pregnancy. Spotting isn't too unusual either. Brown is also old blood so it isn't new bleeding. Keep an eye on it and if it gets worse then go in. If it is just kind of there when you wipe or a few flecks here or there, then it isn't really anything to be concerned about.

    Good luck.

One more thing my first ultrasound on 13 th feb as I mentioned above... and dr. Doesn't found heartbeat and she said as per last lmp it should be there but may be due to late conception it could be possible.. so we can decide only after d second meeting... so anything worried about or it could be possible.. It is hard to date so most OBs date to the start of your last period. You might have ovulated in the middle of your cycle, as we're taught is normal, or you could have ovulated early or late. It can be hard to determine when you ovulated and conceived. As well there are different growth patterns based upon the child genetics that can make it difficult to specifically date the child. As your doctor said, you shouldn't be worried about not hearing the heart beat. If you can't hear it the next appointment than you will come with an action plan with your doctor.

The take home message is: Don't be concerned, this is all happening the way it will happen. It is unique to you and this pregnancy, the doctor is going by the statisitical average when it comes to pregnancy it can have a lot or very little to do with your pregnancy.

We're volunteers here, we answer when we have a chance.

It is a waiting game. One product of modern medicine is that we have the ability to spy in on our pregnancies like this. This is good and bad in so much that we can see if everything going good or if it is Not going good. Back before ultra sounds you would just have a missed period and then a misscarriage instead of knowing that the embryo wasn't viable, seeing it, and then seeing it washed through.

There is nothing here that we can add or say in addition to what your doctor is saying. Right now it is a waiting game. We can only provide solace and I am not good at that. Good luck.
