Does you daughter have custody of her child(ren)? I ask because not all states have grandparent rights. Indiana, where I am, does. However, they really only apply when there has been a divorce or parents are not together for whatever reason. Then the parents of the NCP can go to court to get visitation. So, if your daughter has custody and she isn't a danger to her child/ren then she doesn't have to let you see them if she doesn't want. Just like when your children were minors you had the say on where, when, and with whom, they went.

Actually no, you do not have a right to see your grandchildren. In OH, grandparent visitation rights may be granted only when there is a split between the parents. Assuming this is your daughter and not daughter-in-law. Also assuming if it is your D-I-L that she is still married to the father, the courts would not overrule the parents and grant rights.

So you need to talk to your daughter and find out why she no longer wants you near her children.
