    P Trap configuration
THe spacing allloted for the connection of my pop up drain and P Trap is not enough without cutting into the cabinet base of my new vanity. I want to avoid having to cut in as it will throw off the esthetics of the vanity. This is a remodel project so I had no choice as to where the drain is placed in the wall. Please help.

Without a picture or diagram it is hard to determine your problem. You may have to reconsider drain placement or another p-trap configuration.
