I am now 20 days late . My last period started on January 1st and ended on the 6th. I'm 100% sure I ovulated on the 15th, I had sex that day and the two days following (used condoms on and off). I had what I think was a little "spotting" on the 21st (the only vaginal blood seen since my period). My lower back pains(excruciating pain on and off but often) started on the 29th of jan. and just stopped 2 days ago(on the 16th of feb.) I first took a clearblue pregnancy test on Feb. 7th - negative. Then again on the 10th, 14th & 16th - all negative. I've had some abdominal cramping but rarely lower mostly upper, weird pains in just my right bum and sometimes I wake up in the middle of my sleep to pee, at one point I became really gassy for over a week but not so much now. Additional info - I'm 19, in college, I work a job wear I'm usually sitting, and I'm overweight. I finally made a dr. appointment but its not until March 19th... the wait is killing me though.

Also , I've never been on any kind of birth control.

Know way to tell, you should not have even started testing till you were 14 days late, and even then, not always does it show up. Some women do not test correctly at home till even 3rd month.

Are you testing first thing in morning as soon as you wake up. That is the test time for best results.

Also, you said 100 percent sure ovulation ? How ? For most women unless you are doing a ovulation test, you would not know.
