    Violation Of Probation
Ok so I got out of jail July 15,2013 after serving a year for forgery and theft charges. I was put on 3 years of supervised probation and just recently caught a new charge (theft under $1,000). Does my probation officer have to violate me or who is in charge of the violation?

Your PO has to violate you. That does not mean you will go back to prison. But OK, lets be honest. Not out of jail a year and already another change. Or course you are going back to prison.

But the PO just violates you, you go to a hearing before a judge and the judge will decide if you go back on probation or go to prison.
