My boyfriend is on parole. He was around someone else that was on parole. Now he is in county jail in Pa. for violation of parole. How long could he be in there for?

He will be in for at least one to four weeks till he goes to a hearing before the parole board

At the hearing, the board will decide if he needs to go back to prison. If he goes back to prison it will be for the rest of his sentence. So ever how many years are left.

*** unlike probation, normally the parole board just sends you back. He really needs a lawyer to represent him. I do not believe he will be assisgned one at parole hearings, so someone will need to hire and pay an attoreney
