My rheem rpnl 021/jaz heat pump isn't running. I just had the yearly inspection done a couple of weeks ago and apparently everything was working properly.

Is anything running? Indoor fan, maybe?

Yes it is. The auxiliary heat has kicked in

Could be any number of things. Do you have a voltmeter & know how to use it? Without such, we're pretty much dead in the water.
