How can some be filing on bankruptcy continualy for 12 years
I heard of a couple in NY state who filed and add to their bankruptcy every year. They have not paid property taxes in 12 years, they will pay their bills for 6 or 7 months then let them fall behind every year. Gas, electric, cell phones, land contract etc. then in February they add all the back bills to the bankruptcy fililngs. They take in like $2500 PLUS a month is SS, yet pay for virtually nothing. How can this be and is there a time frame for this to end.

Do you have a link or reference to prove this is happening?

Basically they can not. They may file then drop case or they may be lying to you about it. Or lying to vendors, who do not verify.

This is not how bankruptcy works.
