Door opens with remote or direct wire but starts to close and then stops. When I hold the button in it will close. Any ideas would help.

Electric safe eyes are out of contact. Make sure snow, dirt, cobwebs are not blocking eyes and that they are aligned. Sensors should show a steady light and not be blinking.

Also might be too much grease on tracks or tracks or rails not lined up properly,interference on tracks?
